When it comes to health and fitness, recovery/proper rest should be almost as important as the exercise itself. A major key to staying consistent to a routine is understanding who you are as a person. We are all so similar, yet so unique. What do you like that will help you sacrifice that extra cup of soda? Accomplishment? The good feelings after? What about the compliments "Oooooh you look like you've been losing weight!"..."Have you been going to the gym lately?" Get connected to a coach that wants to see you achieve your goals and ambitions, not just hand over your wallet. T.E.A.M. = Together Everyone Achieves More.

When I was a child, I was pretty skinny. Like REALLY skinny. My family members used to be concerned and so I was always forced to sit and eat everything given to me at the time. While it seemed like a good idea, as I got older, I started to eat A LOT. I became overweight and produced a new concern for my family. Being over 100lbs before the end of 4th grade, even I realized I needed to make an adjustment. My middle school and early high school years, I was regularly bullied for being overweight. Although I had friends, my self-confidence was bruised. I also struggled at home due to "family disagreements". However, my Junior year I found a love for football. This helped me have an outlet for the feelings I was having, while also granting me the better physique and "family" I was searching for. My mindset began to shift and as I took a leadership role, my qualities shifted along with it. I was named 1 of 4 Team Captains, a Role only prior granted to players who played an entire 4 years. I helped lead my team and I through not only an undefeated season, but a State Championship win. The First in School History. That championship led to national recognition for my school leading some of my teammates to high-level football scholarships and soon, the NFL, and CFL. This Helped me to understand that we were able to do things that may have seemed too difficult. We were not the biggest team, we were not the strongest team, but we were a TEAM. I want to form a team with you, if you provide me with the opportunity.
